Craft Beer & Brewing magazine commissioned me to visualize the impact of Goose Island’s family tree of brewers on the craft beer industry. This industry is uniquely incestuous (in a good way) in that brewers move around to different breweries quite often looking for that next brewing challenge.
I used a different take on the standard family tree and decided to use a family tree trunk where the rings act as a time line.
